What Is InventFunds?
InventFunds is the world’s first self-regulating exchange developed to connect the Founder(s), Fixer(s), and Funder(s) on a single platform. The company assists a Founder by taking his/her idea from concept to becoming a funded startup with invested stakeholders and funding. InventFunds uses the best components of capitalist economics to foster a community of ownership in an effort to accelerate the ideas of the Founders and leverage the skills of the Fixers at the highest value and the most economical rate. The company achieves this goal by letting the market set the price of both ideas and skilled workers, those willing to work for equity or payment in the startup and those willing to give up equity or payment. Both the Founder and Fixer will receive fair compensation for what they bring to the table through a time efficient, accountable, and transparent platform.
How it works?
Founder’s Idea or Solution
The founders with an idea post a secure request for services, outlines the goals and time horizon, and has the option to affix a baseline equity or dollar amount for Fixers to submit a bid. The Founder has complete control over their idea and who can be invited to view more details.
Funders & Investors
Investors can find startups or solutions that interest them. Founders can send links with startup to investors. This can be family and friends, crowdfunding, angel investors, or credited venture capital investors.
Fixers & Skill Sets
Fixers that have been verified and with a signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) can place bids according to Founders requirements. They can grow their own company and showcase their body of work to gain access to better ideas with higher pay off.
Mutual Collaboration
Connect with individuals that want to help or contribute to the idea. Find like minds that could become potential partners or company members. This will give the Founders the ability to crowdsource their idea.
